This is a very slow flow designed to reduce adrenal fatigue and stress, focusing on poses that stimulate hormone producing glands. We will explore āsanas that work with the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary, and gallbladder as well. The benefits from this practice are quick to be seen and felt, effective, and lasting. We will hold poses longer than Hatha and Vinyasa practices to better access these systems. We will tap into known body meridians that stimulate organs and help us open Chi channels, to allow energy to flow with more ease.
