This Vinyasa flow focuses on hip strengthening and stretching, to relieve lower back pain, improve mobility and flexibility. We will flow from traditional vinyasas involving the entire body and all the systems. The hips are the epicenter of movement both when standing and sitting, and are also known in Yoga as “the seat of our emotions”.We can release both stiff muscles and stiff emotions through these āsanas.
