This Vinyasa focuses on lower back and hamstring stretches, to bring more mobility, flexibility, and comfort. These stretches help us reduce fat accumulation in these areas, and are very beneficial for runners, athletes, and office duelers that spend long hours sitting at a desk. In these times of quarantine and long hours spent at home either standing or sitting, this vinyasa will provide a much needed release!
